80% of the Profit from Sale of Products is shared to the Direct Sellers/Independent Business Promoters through this Compensation Plan.
Any benefits to the direct sellers like commission, offers etc. is only based on the profit made from the sale of goods or services only.
No Collection of entry fees, Registration fees, Recruitment charge, Membership fees, Subscription fees in order to become a customer or a member or a Direct Seller or an Independent Distributor/Business Associate /Business Promoter of the Company. Any people who are willing shall voluntarily join the Direct Selling business of the Company and it is purely out of the free will and accord of such person.
Self-Consumption of Accsys Products gives you a saving up to 30% on MRP
for example,
Monthly purchase of Grocery Items for a family = Rs.5,000 in MRP
Accsys Customer Price after discount = Rs.3,500 approximately
Your saving per month = Rs.1,500 approximately
(The discount may vary depending upon the products like Garments, Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Personal Care etc.)
A Direct Seller can get a retail profit up to 30% by selling the products to his/her customers which is the difference between MRP and Purchase Price.
for example,
MRP of a Product = Rs.5,000
Purchase Price from Accsys India = Rs.3,500 approximately
Retail Profit = Rs.1,500 approximately
(The retail profit may vary depending upon the products like Garments, Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Personal Care etc.)
A Direct Seller can get a direct bonus up to 10% of BV for some selected products only and it will be credited as commission.
for example,
Accsys selling price of a product = Rs.5,000
BV (Business Value) allotted to the product = Rs.4,000 approximately
Direct Bonus 10% of BV = Rs.400 approximately
(This Direct Bonus is given to the direct seller as a token of appreciation for his effort to complete the sale of that product)
Discount Coupon will be given for every purchase and this coupon can be redeemed as discount in next purchases. And this redemption of the discount for the products is pre-fixed and varies depending upon the products.
Up to 100 MPV will be credited in the Shopping Basket and that can be redeemed in next purchases.

Up to 10% of MPV will be credited in the Tour Fund and that can be redeemed as International Holidays.

Eligible MPV (limited to the maximum of 25,000 MPV) in a month less MPV allotted to Shopping Basket and International Holidays will be considered for the Millionaires Club Income as commission (Cash Award). One MPV value in INR will vary time to time and direct sellers will be informed accordingly. Current Value of 1 MPV is equal to Rs.10 only. The MPV eligible for the monthly income will be multiplied by Rs.10 and it is considered as commission and will be credited to respective direct seller’s bank account after deduction of TDS.

One MPV value in INR will vary time to time and direct sellers will be informed accordingly. Current Value of 1 MPV is equal to Rs.10 only. The MPV eligible for the weekly income will be multiplied by Rs.10 and it is considered as commission and will be credited to respective direct seller’s bank account after deduction of TDS.

Based on Direct Sellers/Independent Business Promoters performance they can get Awards and can enjoy great recognitions.
Direct Sellers may be awarded with Super Discount Vouchers up to 80% discount on purchase of products. This super discount vouchers are for promotional purpose only and not regular.
Direct Sellers may be awarded with special offers like domestic holidays, gift vouchers, special gifts, seasonal offers, festival offers or any other means of promotional activities to accelerate the business and to provide additional benefits to direct sellers. This other promotional offer is applicable to the both weekly and monthly cycles.
Matched PV of BC1 = 10,000 PV
PV allotted to Shopping Basket = 100 PV
PV allotted to Tour Fund (10% of MPV) = 1,000 PV
Remaining PV allotted to Cash Award (Commission) = 8,900 PV
Matched PV of BC1 = 6,000 PV
6,000 PV will be accounted as commission
A Direct Seller / Independent Business Promoter can create multiple business centers without any cost or conditions and it is limited to seven business centers per PAN account. Any way this limit may be increased further in the course of business and it depends upon the business performance of that particular direct seller.
There are no any conditions to participate in Solid Monthly Cycle. To participate in Fast Track Weekly Cycle each business center has to purchase at least any one of the available special or combo products pack and this purchase is not compulsory and it is optional only.
PV – Point Value
MPV – Matched Point Value
BV – Business Value (In general the value will be approximately equal to the invoice value of a product less GST and other costs if any)
MPV to INR conversion - 1 MPV value in INR will vary time to time and direct sellers will be informed accordingly. Current Value of 1 MPV is equal to Rs.10 only.
Carry Forwards – In Fast Track Weekly Cycle unmatched PV will be carry forwarded to next week. And in Solid Monthly Cycle unmatched PV will not be carry forwarded to next month.
Trimming – Trimming is applicable when the total benefit to all the direct sellers of the company exceeds the allotted 80% share of profit from the sale of products and services. This is applicable both the Solid Monthly and Fast Track Weekly Cycles.
Tail – First time MPV qualifier needs a minimum of 120 PV from any one of the team. And it is applicable only in Fast Track Weekly Cycle and not applicable in Solid Monthly Cycle.
