Business Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Guidelines, 2024

  1. Company - means and include “M/s. Accsys Dot com store Private Limited” and its subsidiaries, permitted designs and its administration.
  2. Customer / Consumer - Customer/Consumer means any person who buys any goods or hires or avails any services from the company retail outlets and online services provided through mobile app and company’s online portals.
  3. Prospect - Prospect means an offer or a proposal made to any person by a direct seller without any compulsion or force to join a direct selling business.
  4. Independent Business Promoter /Direct Seller - Independent Business Promoter /Direct Seller means a person duly authorized/ nominated by the direct selling company to undertake direct selling business.
  5. The Company /Direct Selling Entity - The Company /Direct Selling Entity means the principal entity which sells or offers to sell goods or services through direct sellers.
  6. Network of Direct Selling - Network of Direct Selling means a network of direct sellers at different levels of distribution, who may recruit or introduce or sponsor further levels of direct sellers, who they then support to do their direct selling business.
  7. Direct Selling - Direct Selling means marketing, distribution and sale of goods or providing of other lawful services as a part of network of direct selling but does not include any form of money circulation scheme or money multiplying pyramid scheme or any other form of money lending or borrowing in cash or kind or through any other form of negotiable instruments, as prohibited under law received with a promise for the making of quick or easy money and money received to the enrolment of members into the scheme, whether or not such money or thing is derived from the entrance money of the members of such scheme or periodical subscriptions.
  8. Income Plan / Reward / Remuneration System - Income Plan/Reward/Remuneration System means the accepted practice followed by the direct selling company to motivate, promote and to accelerate the business growth and in reciprocation the Direct Selling Customers or Promoters shall be rewarded with compensation. The Direct Selling Company shall reward the independent business promoter/direct seller who participate in the growth of the business. Further the respective plan will give the details about the sharing pattern of incentives, profits and commission, including financial and nonfinancial benefits, paid by the direct selling company to the independent business promoter/direct sellers, on a monthly or periodic or yearly basis or both, as the case may be. The independent business promoter/direct sellers shall receive commission derived from the profit of the sale of goods or services. ACCSYS BUSINESS POLICY AND OPERATION PROCEDURE

    M/s. Accsys Dot Com Store Private Limited will strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  1. No Collection of entry fees, Registration fees, Recruitment charge, Membership fees, Subscription fees in order to become a customer or a member or a Direct Seller or an Independent Distributor/Business Associate /Business Promoter of the Company. Any people who are willing shall voluntarily join the Direct Selling business of the Company and it is purely out of the free will and accord of such person.
  2. The Company will never insist for a minimum purchase, one time purchase, and/or selective choice of products purchases, pre-defined products purchase as a condition precedent to become a Customer/Direct Seller.
  3. The Company will never compel any customer or any other person from becoming a Direct Seller. The Company or its officials will not make any compulsion for consumption or purchase or sale of any goods or services.
  4. Likewise the Company will never insist any Direct Seller for minimum consumption or purchase or sale of any goods or services in order to continue as Customer/Direct Seller at any point of time in the course of business.
  5. The company states that there is no money circulation or equivalent or consideration in any form is collected directly or indirectly from any person or persons to become or to retain him/her as Customer/ Direct Seller.
  6. The company or its officials or its authorised agents will never demand or insist on any person who avails any services or purchases any product from our retail or online store, for referring new customers or members or direct sellers.
  7. The company is not collecting any annual subscription charges or membership fee or any other renewal charges and demands on condition under the caption renewal to retain as Customer/ Direct Seller.
  8. The company states that it is the voluntary decision of the customer to remain and continue as a customer or to act as a Direct Seller of the Company. The Company will not demand or exert pressure directly or indirectly on the customer to become a Direct Seller, and shall not expect from any customer or demand to sell or resell the goods or services in excess of the product purchased from the Company.
  9. The Company states that if any customer voluntarily willing to act as a Direct Seller, the Company and such direct seller shall enter into a written contract mutually agreeing and describing all material terms explicitly in the said Contract.
  10. Any person who wishes to be a Customer on the purchase of the Company products or services through retail store or online store is at their free will and accord shall continue to remain as Customer and there is no time frame. However, any person becoming a customer after purchase of any product or services of the Company through online or retail store, wishes to return such products or services, shall do so within such reasonable time period as provided for each of such services or products.
  11. In so far as the Customers / Direct Sellers, the terms for return policy and buy-back or repurchase policy for currently marketable goods or services, shall be mutually discussed and the material terms shall be explicitly reduced in writing and entered as Contract. The Contract will contain clear terms of exit and contain reasonable cooling-off period for cancellation of participation in Direct Selling.
  12. The Company states that it will have a grievance redressal mechanism for consumers. The grievance cell will have one person from general public, one eminent person of the society, one company official and one retired District judge.
  • We are running retail outlets where our customers can purchase any products or avail any services directly from our outlets.
  • We are selling grocery/provision items, garments, electronics, mobile accessories, kitchenware products, men’s fashion, women’s fashion, home-need products and other consumer goods etc. And We are selling some combo pack products which gives additional benefits to customers like discount coupon and offers etc. Combo product pack contains some variety of products from different categories and the products value is equal to the combo product pack price.
  • And we have a central warehouse. Our customers can order products through Online using our website and mobile application like any other online platforms. For orders placed through online, products will be delivered from our central warehouse to customer place through courier or any other accepted transport modes. The Central Warehouse shall be expanded through-out India subject to expansion of business.
  • We are selling international and domestic brands available in the market. And we are selling some imported products and few of our own branded products.
  • In order to promote our online portal and to increase our sales we are running our own marketing strategies. Our existing satisfied customers refers other customers to purchase our products from our company. For that, the customer who referred another customer will get some benefits like commission and/or free products. This commission is given from the product sales/services received from the referred customers.
  • We are selling all the products within the limit of maximum selling price (MRP) mentioned in the products as per the provisions envisaged under Legal Metrology PCR 2011.
  • We have no advertisement for our products or for our brands. And we don’t have conventional supplies chain system like super stockiest, stockiest, dealers, and agents etc.
  • Our satisfied customer may continue as a customer and can become a direct seller by referring their friends and relatives. Becoming a direct seller is only optional and not mandatory. Here our customers act as a direct seller and our direct sellers act as a customer.
  • There are no conditions like minimum purchase, monthly target, etc. for our customers and direct sellers.
  • Here our satisfied customers become a direct seller and they promote our products/business by word of mouth.
  • There are no membership fees, entry monies, subscription fees to become a direct seller/customer.
  • Our direct sellers are promoting our business. Out of the profit from the sale of products and services our company is sharing a considerable part as commission or products at free of costs or reduced costs to our direct sellers.   • Any benefits like commission, incentive, etc. is given solely as a result of sale of goods and services and not for recruitment / enrolment of new customers/direct sellers.
  • The purchase of regular products and special/combo product packs is not compulsory and is only optional.
  • For an Independent Business Promoter/Direct Seller there is no need to maintain any stock as all the direct sellers / customers can purchase the products directly from our company.
  • Guaranty/Warranty is applicable as described in the warranty /guarantee book with respective products.
  • The Product Return Policy – Product can be returned within a specified time as prescribed for each product and services. The amount paid towards the product shall be refunded subject to the product or services returned in good, safe and tidy manner.(Please refer to product return policy in our www.accsysindia.com).
